INFORMATION ABOUT THURSDAY BLACK HISTORY CELEBRATION
-see dojo post about information sent out to parents
-green donut forms need to be turned in to the office to Betsy/Bates (teacher's name and child's name need to be on the green form)
-lunch is bag lunch so please go through the line at any time to pick up your bags at any time (go through the back doors of the cafeteria because the cafeteria will be set up with vendors)- classes may have a picnic outside because it's going to be a nice day; you may eat in the cafeteria at the tables at the back if they are not being used already; you may eat in the courtyard area or in your classroom
-if parents want to order from the food truck, that's fine (they cannot take their child with them from your room to the food truck- they must get the food and then come back in the building to eat with their child
-parents must follow your class around to your stations (it's like they are chaperoning them on a field trip); they must stay with your group and not have other siblings with them
