Need tech support? Here's how to put in a Help Desk ticket

Students and parents may contact our Technology Help Desk.  Submit a Help Desk ticket by clicking https://sites.google.com/lex2.org/helpdesk/home and selecting the technical issue you are currently experiencing. A Help Desk team member will get back with you as soon as possible.

 

This new Technology Help Desk site is in response to feedback we have received from students, staff, and parents. In creating a more centralized method of receiving Technology Help Desk tickets, we hope to improve the process to best respond to and address them. 

 

Access to this site is available on the district homepage and each school's homepage.

 

The Technology Help Desk is staffed from roughly 7:05am to 4:15pm Monday-Friday.
